Light pole banner program
The BID administers a program to hang banners on streetlamps throughout Downtown. Banners serve two purposes:
- To improve the aesthetics of Downtown by adding color and visual excitement at a street level.
- To promote cultural, charitable and civic events of general interest to the public and that will increase positive and inclusive public engagement with Downtown.
- Participants must represent nonprofit, cultural, charitable, or civic events or activities of general public interest.
Banners must meet clear design specifications, placement is on a first-come basis, and locations are at the discretion of the BID. Banners are installed by the BID at the cost of $35 per banner for the first 30 days.
