Gift card cash mob
Two independent retailers, Yobel/the Look Up Gallery and Local Honey Co., have lost nearly all inventory due to smoke damage. Insurance claims payments, mitigation and replenishing inventory will take time. Help us to help these retailers with immediate cash flow needs through our Gift Card Cash Mob. Purchase a gift card online at either store, now through Dec. 17, and the Downtown Development Authority will match the first $50 of each card purchased at that amount or higher, for up to $2,500 in matches for each business. The DDA match goes directly to the affected business. As more becomes known about the needs at other impacted businesses, DDA will find ways to assist.
