Boulder Street Gallery presents new works in watercolor, oil, pastel, and acrylic by the Boulder Street Gallery artists. First Friday opening reception is June 7, 5-8 p.m. Featured artists are Myra Patin, Michael Malta and guest artist Joni Ware.
ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Myra Patin a signature watercolorist, exhibits regularly in local and regional galleries and juried shows in both traditional and batik watercolor, oils, colored pencils, pastels, photography, and stained glass. A resident of Colorado Springs for over 25 years, she still brings a touch of her Louisiana Cajun heritage to her work.
Michael Malta believes that creating artwork is a forever evolving journey. Continuing his family’s art tradition, and inspired by the great artists of the past, Michael produces beautifully detailed still lifes, landscapes, and portraits in both paintings and drawings that have been sold and are hanging in many parts of the world.
Joni Ware loves painting realism – landscapes, animals, and people, while Colorado’s ever-changing beauty always calls to her.
