4 Featured Artists: Deb Komitor, Sophia Hanna, Lisa Fabiano & Maggie Elligottieper.
  • Deb Komitor: “Begin Again” Art, you have been with me over 6 decades. You entered me in the womb and I came out left handed and right brained. So much time was spent with you coloring and making little villages out of sticks, leaves, and pinecones under the trees of my youth.
  • Sophia Hanna: “I’m doing pretty good.” With this series of self portraits I invite you into my mind, as I struggle to break out of a deeply isolating comfort zone.
  • Lisa Fabiano: “Merge” Before the emergence of European and Euro-American “Abstract Art”, indigenous peoples and small immigrant communities used color and simple geometric shapes as abstract motifs in their creative work. In weaving and quilt-making, for example, specific colors and patterns were used not only to create aesthetically pleasing designs, but also as indicators of place, time, and culture. T
  • Maggie Elligott: “Wings + Petals: From Greif to Grace” The small works in Wings and Petals: From Grief to Grace invite viewers to closely explore the delicate details and emotions within each piece, fostering quiet contemplation and personal connection. These collages, like fragments of thought, evoke layered meanings of loss, transformation, and life’s fragility.

Susan Tormoen: Fun with Oil and Pastel

    From the artist:

Something fresh and new with a variety of techniques and subjects. Simulation of nature, which can make a room warm, no matter what its shape or dimension. Not to destroy or take away from the old, but to add to it with new ideas and concepts.
