Owned by CC alumnus Richard Skorman, Poor Richard's has been an institution of Downtown since the 1975. Inside you'll find a bookstore, coffee shop, restaurant and toy store.

Owned by CC alumnus John Krakauer, Josh & John's has been dishing out inventive ice cream flavors in Downtown Colorado Springs since 1986.

Currently helmed by CC alumnus Jon Khoury, Cottonwood Center for the Arts is a nonprofit arts complex consisting of over 120 studio artists, gallery spaces, a theater and classrooms.

Create by CC alumna Kat Tudor and her husband Bob, Uncle Wilbur Fountain has become a beloved, whimsical landmark in Downtown. The fountain comes alive in the summer with a musical surprise every quarter hour.

Co-founded by CC alumnus Ian Griffis, Griffis Blessing has invested in housing markets throughout Colorado and beyond. Key contributions include the CC east campus expansion, consisting of 37 off-campus properties plus the Spencer Center, Wooglins building, and J’s Motel (now the Ed Robson Arena site), expanding the CC campus by approximately 15 percent.

Founded by CC alumnus Steve Wood, Concrete Couch pursues the mission of creating public art, building community and to create experiential environments.

Operated by CC alumnus Matthew Schniper, Side Dish with Schniper is a news source for Colorado Springs foodies, offering a behind the scenes look into local restaurants.
